Challenge

Ebay required GMV growth, Hygiene listings, Promoted listings, Geo expansion, Free shipping & returns, Handling time improvement and Quality images for a certain set of sellers. There was also a challenge of attaining pending collections from unpaid invoices which was having a negative impact on the topline. In addition to that, Seller’s Complaints were not being resolved on priority, resulting in suspension of their accounts. Only few LSPs would offer international shipping, and even if they did, the costs were very high.

Our Solution

  • Iksula played an active role in developing eBay Power ship global tool in order to integrate all logistic partners on a single platform enabling ease of selecting LSPs and AWB generation.
  • We appointed a dedicated Key Account Manager and a team of FTE executives to handle seller training and coordination.
  • Along with that a team of agents were deployed for verification of new leads.
  • In addition to that the team was also acting as a collection agent for existing sellers.
